Let me introduce myself, I am Lovaine, the face behind LovFit.
I’m a qualified personal trainer with a passion for helping women – especially those navigating perimenopause and menopause
– feel strong, confident and empowered in their bodies.
Perimenopause and Menopause
During perimenopause and menopause, hormonal fluctuations can present a range of challenges, including changes in body composition, bone density, mood, and sleep patterns. As your personal trainer, I understand these unique physiological shifts and will tailor exercise programs to mitigate their impact.
Resistance training, for instance, helps preserve muscle mass and bone density, while cardiovascular exercise can improve mood and reduce hot flashes. We’ll also focus on flexibility and balance exercises to enhance stability and prevent falls. My approach is to create a supportive and understanding environment, empowering you to navigate this stage of life with increased physical and mental well-being, using exercise as a powerful tool to manage symptoms and enhance overall quality of life.

Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, which I have found has helped me mentally and physically. I know firsthand how hard it is to fit in being a mother, working and taking time for yourself. That’s why I created LovFit – to offer a space where women can train, feel supported and reconnect with themselves. Give something back to themselves.
Before stepping into the fitness world, I spent most of my life in hospitality, running my own restaurant and bakery. I know what it’s like to struggle. Finding the time for yourself often feels impossible, but I also have learnt that looking after yourself isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity.
Most importantly I am a mum of two, they keep me on my toes and remind me every day why
health and happiness matters.
